Sydney Psych Hub Services
How Sydney Psych Hub can help you
Individual Therapy
Your therapy journey begins with a comprehensive assessment by your psychologist, ensuring a deep understanding of your life and concerns. Together, we’ll use a collaborative approach to identify your goals and create a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan. We commonly assist with challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional issues.
Session fees range from $240 to $295 for a 50-minute session, with an additional $25 for the initial session and an additional $25 for appointments after 4pm or on Saturdays. If you have a GP referral or private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate.
Psychometric assessment
Sydney Psych Hub offers psychometric assessments for people of all ages. These assessments can be conducted to assess for intellectual or learning difficulties, behavioural difficulties (including ADHD), and adaptive functioning difficulties. The results are often used to help inform decisions around educational and or vocational plans.
Relationship counselling
If you are wanting to improve your communication, connection and find new ways to show love, relationship counselling can be a safe, neutral and confidential place where you can address issues, resolve “the same old arguments”, and learn new skills to improve your relationship. In Relationship counselling, both parties have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion, learn to understand each other and make improvements for a healthy relationship.
Clinical Supervision
We provide clinical supervision to provisional and registered psychologists. Our Psychology Board of Australia approved psychologists provide supervision under the following pathways:
- 5+1 Internship (approved for Principal and Secondary Supervisor)
- Higher Degree program (e.g. Masters)
- Registrar Program (approved for Principal and Secondary Supervisor)
- General clinical supervision
