Relationship Counselling

If you are wanting to improve your communication, connection and find new ways to show love, relationship counselling can be a safe, neutral and confidential place where you can address issues, resolve “the same old arguments”, and learn new skills to improve your relationship.

In Relationship counselling, both parties have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion, learn to understand each other and make improvements for a healthy relationship.

What is Relationship counselling?

Relationship counselling (sometimes called couples therapy) is a collaborative process where you and your partner work with a psychologist to better understand your relationship dynamics, improve communication, and develop strategies to strengthen your connection.

Counselling is not about taking sides or placing blame—it is about creating an open, respectful space where both partners can be heard and supported. Our psychologists draw on evidence-based approaches, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to help you navigate difficulties and foster long-term growth.
