Clinical Supervision

At Sydney Psych Hub, we provide professional clinical supervision for psychologists and other mental health practitioners to support their growth, confidence, and effectiveness in clinical practice.

Supervision is a collaborative process that enhances professional development, ensures ethical and evidence-based practice, and helps clinicians navigate the challenges of working in the field of psychology.

What is Clinical Supervision?

We provide clinical supervision to provisional and registered psychologists. Our Psychology Board of Australia approved psychologists provide supervision under the following pathways:

Clinical supervision is a structured and supportive professional relationship between a supervisor and supervisee. It involves reflecting on clinical work, building skills, and exploring professional and personal factors that may impact practice. Supervision is not just about managing risk, it also fosters growth, self-awareness, and resilience in clinicians.

Our supervisors are experienced practitioners who provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for discussion. We draw on evidence-based frameworks and tailor the supervision process to your level of experience and professional goals.
