Adult Individual Psychological Therapy

Your therapy journey begins with a comprehensive assessment by your psychologist, ensuring a deep understanding of your life and concerns.

Together, we’ll use a collaborative approach to identify your goals and create a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan. We commonly assist with challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional issues.

What is Psychological Therapy?

Psychological therapy (sometimes called “talk therapy”) is a supportive and collaborative process where you work one-on-one with a psychologist to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, you and your psychologist explore the challenges you are facing, identify patterns that may be unhelpful, and develop practical strategies for change.

Therapy can help you build coping skills, improve relationships, process past experiences, and gain greater clarity about yourself and your goals. Using a range of evidence-based approaches, psychologists provide tailored support to promote mental health, resilience, and personal growth, helping you move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
